Pragati Group In the year 2000 went into a major diversification from their Agro business to the food line .Hindustan food & beverages came up with a good manufacturing practice in a
sprawling 4 acre land in the Hebbal Ind.Area Mysore in an exclusive food zone area. The promoters being planters naturally value addition to coffee was their first choice. Thus came the concept of convenient beverages. The coffee concentrate was developed which is coffee in an instant very close to the traditional filter coffee & an excellent product both as hot &cold coffee menus. To make it more reachable Variety of blends of Roasted & ground coffee has also been developed. The RTD Mango juice is the recent addition to the product range. The firm has facility to the outsourcing needs for beverage & other food product mfg, Packing etc.HFB has an excellent lab facility to maintain the strict demanding standards of FPO & other statutory requirements. The developmental activity at HFB is a routine process. Many new products in the food line are in the pipeline.

The company, PragatiGlyoxal(P) Ltd. was started in the year 1987 by a group of well qualified &experienced technocrats. in a well developed industrial area in Mysore. The plant was set up to manufacture a Plant growth regulator N triacontanol with the know how by CFTRI,Mysore a premier research centre of the Country.To augment the quality & growth a R& D centre was added in 1989.Soon the well developed product was well received by the market.In 1993 the company developed other products of pesticidal formulations as well Micronutrients. To rationalise the manufacturing & marketing few new firms were established in 1995.The company also undertakes mfg of the products in their brands. The firms & their activities are
